Responsible for all testing activities in different testing projects for both component validation and system validation
Planning, coordination and performing of testing for Electronics & Automotive components (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Corrosion, Vibration, NVH, ...)
Derive technical solutions out of requirements using existing product testing standard & Spec.
Develops testing requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Autonomous analysis, evaluation and release for electrical / electronic systems.
Preparation of Test Plan, Test Instruction, test reports, Testing timeline and stand up for the test results against internal and external customers.
Performing of electrical and physical measurement, risk evaluation based on testing results
Coordinating the testing activities with different external testing suppliers. Able to give the consultant to customer during problem solving, troubleshooting
Actively communication with Customer and Supplier to ensure on time testing schedule and reliable test result
Onsite to testing support and consultant to customer during testing execution
Laboratory Management and Laboratory Quality Management
Resources and consumable management
New Equipment installation and release

University degree in the field of mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering or comparable with minimum 3 years of experience.
Knowledgeable in Components Testing , Design validation & Verification (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Vibration, Corrosion, Tightness, IPx …)
Experience in the field Sport Equipment is preferable.
Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented way of working.
High resilience, readiness to take responsibility and high ability to work in a team.
Ability and willingness to take risks (decisions with limited information).
Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form
Very good communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge about Electrical/ Electronics . Specialist in specific Testing knowledge Vibration or EMC is a plus
Knowledge in PCB & Motor is a plus
Frequent business trips to suppliers
